Deposits made for training courses, including but not limited to skincare workshops, permanent makeup courses, and eyelash extension workshops, are considered binding and non-refundable under any circumstance.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
